Flutter Entertainment said it intends to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange in August 2026 while retaining its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company said the delisting is scheduled to take effect at 8:00 a.m. London time on August 3, 2026.
Flutter said the decision reflects the level of trading activity in its shares on the LSE and the additional costs associated with maintaining the London listing. Following the change, the NYSE would remain the company’s primary listing venue.
